I was exactly in the same position a few years ago. Like most of us, I wanted to do many things. Start a business, increase my finances, expand my skill set, spend time with my family, and more. I had a long list of dreams to accomplish.

I started working on most of it and then left them unfinished. No matter how driven I was, the momentum stopped. Life got busy. I could find many reasons to justify why I didn’t achieve my goals.

Later on, I watched my dreams unfold for others. It gave me a taste of achieving my goals. I was happy for those who create, but deep inside, part of me grieved for not turning my ideas to reality. Then I realized, by constantly watching someone else’s creation, I focused on being entertained rather than doing and ultimately sabotaged my creativity.

I asked, “Why not create?” That started me on the quest to dig deeper into creativity. It got me thinking of this phrase, ‘Let Go…and Create.’

I realized I have to let go of what stopped me from moving forward and create space for better things to enter into my life. It has become the most fundamental principle in my life.
